The “Guess the Price” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by ShaanBaan by Shri RadhaRaman Fabrics (“Organizer”). By participating in this Contest, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to residents of India only.

• Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or above.

• Employees, immediate family members and associates of ShaanBaan/Shri Radharaman Fabrics are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Follow our Instagram page @shaanbaanbysrf

2. Like the Contest post.

3. Comment their price guess on the Contest post.

4. Tag at least 2 friends in the same comment.

5. Share the Contest post to their Instagram Story and tag @shaanbaanbysrf (if the account is private, a screenshot may be requested).

Failure to complete any of the above steps may result in disqualification.

3. Entry Rules

• One Instagram account = One valid entry.

• Only the first comment from each account will be considered.

• Edited comments will not be considered.

• Fake, duplicate or bot accounts will be disqualified.

• Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts may be disqualified.

• Comments posted after the Contest closing time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:

Priority 1

If one or more participants guess the exact price, the participant who commented the correct price earliest will be declared the winner.

Priority 2

If no participant guesses the exact price, the participant whose guess is closest to the actual price will be declared the winner.

Priority 3

If multiple participants submit the same closest guess, the participant who posted that guess earliest will be declared the winner.

The Organizer’s decision regarding the winning entry shall be final and binding.

5. Prize

The winner will receive:

One Premium Designer Kurta Fabric

• The prize consists of fabric only.

• No stitched kurta or tailoring is included.

• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Prize cannot be transferred to another person.

• Color/design availability may vary depending on stock.

6. Announcement & Claim

• Winner will be announced on 19 July 2026 via Instagram.

• The winner must contact ShaanBaan within 7 days of the announcement.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Shipping

• Shipping within India will be borne by ShaanBaan.

• ShaanBaan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the winner may result in cancellation of the prize.

8. Verification

The Organizer reserves the right to verify:

• Instagram profile

• Contest participation

• Compliance with all Contest rules

Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in disqualification.

9. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Uses fake or multiple accounts.

• Uses automated software or bots.

• Engages in abusive, misleading or fraudulent activity.

• Attempts to manipulate the Contest.

• Violates Instagram policies.

10. Rights of the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend or cancel the Contest without prior notice.

• Change these Terms & Conditions if necessary.

• Reject any entry that violates these rules.

• Decide the final winner in case of any dispute.

The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

• Technical issues on Instagram.

• Internet failures.

• Delayed comments.

• Incorrect participant information.

• Courier delays.

• Any circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Participant information will only be used for:

• Contest administration

• Winner verification

• Prize delivery

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way.

Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Contest.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
